Return and exchange policy and related precautions
- 7Daily viewing period:In accordance with the provisions of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations, there is a "7-day appreciation period". However, please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you find any defects, damage or shortage of goods after receiving the goods, please do not open or use the goods within 7 days (including holidays) from the day after receiving the goods. Please restore the original packaging (including promotional gifts) and go through the return and exchange process.
- Return and exchange policy:If you need to return an item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product via the official website's customer service center email or the official Line@ account. Please provide your "name", "order number", "contact information", "returned item", "reason for return" and photos. After receiving the relevant information, customer service will assist you with the relevant procedures.

Return and exchange instructions
- We do not accept exchanges for different products. Please restore returned items to their original condition, that is, to the original state when you received the product (including promotional gifts, etc.). Please pack the returned items properly in the original packaging box used for delivery.
- If the original packaging box is lost, please use another cardboard box to cover the product outside the original packaging. Do not stick any paper, write any text or other information on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the product cannot be returned or the damage cost will be deducted from the refund.
- After you apply for a return or exchange, please ask the shipping personnel for the receipt and keep it until the return or exchange is completed for future reference.
- The following situations may affect your return rights:
- Product appreciation period exceeding 7 days.
- If you damage the product packaging, remove the seal, remove the hangtag, remove the sticker, or remove the label, without affecting your inspection of the product, you may refuse to inspect the product.
- Other circumstances beyond the scope of inspection or attributable to you that result in damage, loss, soiling, malfunction, wear, scratches, abrasions, dirt, or alteration of the goods.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
- Returned goods are eligible for damaged or incomplete packaging, or for items with missing invoices or accessories.
Return and exchange process

- Refund Policy:Once the store has collected the package and completed the "return complete" process, and the refund account information is correct, the refund will be credited to the designated account within seven to fourteen business days.
For credit card payment customers: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account used for payment.
For cash-on-delivery customers: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
